Evite Eats: Manchego Cheese-and-Fig Crostini
Evite is all about gathering people together, so it stands to reason that members of the Evite team have some excellent tricks up their sleeves when it comes to entertaining. Our new series, Evite Eats, turns the spotlight on Eviters and their go-to party recipes.
Evite President Hans Woolley (we went straight to the top) starts things off by giving us the skinny on his famous crostini appetizer. Let us know if you try it in the comments below, and be sure to check back for the next Evite Eats!
- Package of crostini toasts
- Manchego cheese
- Fig jam
- Marcona almonds (thinly sliced)
Slice cheese into thin shavings and roughly chop any oversized sliced almonds. Spread crostini with fig jam and top with cheese before dotting with almonds.
