put on your yarmulke
The Festival of Lights is officially upon us, and we’ve gone site-hopping to find you some cool stuff for your upcoming Hanukkah parties.
ModernTribe: This site has everything you need for your Hanukkah get-togethers, from melamine plates and hip, modern menorahs to gifts for everyone who’s proud to be an MOT (that’s “member of the tribe,” for those who aren’t).
Must see: The No Limit Texas Dreidel game. Spinning hasn’t been this much fun since Hebrew school!
The Jewish Museum: There’s a menorah here for every taste, style and budget (a whopping seven pages of them). Plus you’ll find some fab Hanukkah music to keep the party bumpin’. (Maoz Tzur, anyone?)
Must see: Wanna get kids involved in the holiday traditions? Get a menorah that looks like the family dog or a latke platter with a handy how-to.
The Artful Home: Perfect for those who want to bring some luxury into the holiday. You’ll find dozens of Hanukkah-related pieces that are truly works of art.
Must see: The “A Piece of Me” menorah (pictured above) from artist Lisa Slovis. It’ll set you back some serious gelt, but this has all the makings of a future family heirloom.
Happy Hanukkah partying from all of us at Evite!
